Hi Fitness Buddies,

JUNE'S ACTIVITY: Our Fitness venture this month to a bike ride. Runners are also welcome, as this trail is great for running as well:
 
Bike trail: Banks/Vernonia Bike Trail.
 
Meeting Place: We will meet at Val's Fitness Club no later than 8am on Saturday, June 17th, 2017. Please contact me if you would like your bicycle transported to the club and/or to the event.
 
Event location:  The ride will begin at the start of Banks trail head. There will be 4 different lengths on the same trail ( 14 miles, 20 miles, 25 miles, and 42 miles), so you may choose the length that you are most comfortable riding.
 
 
Cycling requirements: A bicycle :-*, definitely a helmet, water, and maybe a small snack for the journey. It is a very beautiful / scenic trail.
 

Don't worry: many of our team members are not frequent cyclists, so I have chosen an easy to moderate trail depending on the length  you choose. This will be lots of fun.
