Val's Fitness Club - 2nd Qtr - Spring 2019 Activities

Dear Friends and Clients

Happy Spring! Time to come out of hibernation! :) :)
APRIL 20th: We will start with a cardio event: Beginning from Val’s Fitness Club at 9am, we will follow the HWY 26 corridor towards Starbucks. You may choose the distance that is good for you ( walking or running ) , from 1 to 6 miles ( round trip ).
MAY 3 - 16 Barbados Annual Trip: Please contact me if you are interested in joining me on this trip. I will be participating in the Barbados' International Squash Tournament, which is just for 4 days ( from the 8th through the 12th ) so I will still have time to tour everyone around. 
JUNE 15th: Banks and Vernonia Bicycle ride: We will leave the club at 9am and head over to Banks. Again you have the option to ride as far as is comfortable for you from 3 to 40 miles.
